    1. This book focuses on the psychological aspect of leadership. It includes several interesting articles about the typical personality of good leaders and some of the psychological pitfalls of leadership. I particularly enjoyed Daniel Goleman's artical since his along with several others dovetailed nicely with his book, Emotional Intelligence.Anyone interested in leadership, psychology, and business should read this book.

    2. Interesting collection, but based on my read of HBR issues, I can't help but think there may have been more and/or other leadership articles to include. A good read for an airplane ride, or weekend trip. Might lead to an interest in other leadership books.

    3. Excellent short reference! Eight mini-books in oneeach authored by recognized pioneers in the study of leadership.
