    1. This book is fun and comforting to read. At the end of reading it you feel as though improving your figure is something you can do without too much trouble. And the neat thing is - you can. It's a quiet oasis of a book amid the noise of the diet industry. Sally entertains the reader who loves to travel with stories of life in Paris and writes a strong message on continuing to eat all the things you love - full fat versions - just less of it at once. Love it!

    2. I loved this book and I read it within a day! Sally's writing style is down-to-earth, refreshing and inspiring. I loved reading her vivid descriptions of life in France, and after finishing this book, I was infused with the Vie de France spirit! I have lost over 35 pounds eating (and savoring food) the way Sally suggests. I also discovered that Sally is a weight loss coach and I signed up with her Thin for Life program, which is wonderful and has helped me maintain my weight loss. I just happene [...]

    3. Pretty good. I'm in the process of trying to improve my eating habits and this book does a good job of explaining the French Paradox. I like that the author isn't french but "became french" in her approach to food and it changed her life.

    4. It's not a spectacular book, but it's not bad either. A lot of common sense stuff. The recipes were written in a very lazy way. So don't plan to get anything from it, other than a simple suggestion. I ended up getting another book because this one just was not enough.
