    1. This book still has me reeling!!! I'm still thinking about things that happened and I guess I'm still trying to understand. But maybe understanding what happened isn't as important as how this book made me feel. And that's what I'm basting my review on. I'll admit, this book was not what I expected. But in the end, I think it was even better!!! It's about survival and dreams and hopes but more than that, it's about love. Deep love. Love that never dies. Love that just grows stronger. Love that n [...]

    2. Im so torn with this Review of Hurt Like Hell By London Casey.Oye.First of all It states it is New Adult Contemporary RomanceIt is actually in my opinion should be Paranormal as Jack is a ghost,or something like a ghost. This was a bit of a confusion since I was not expecting this when I started reading it.Im not saying the book is badBut im saying that it is confusing. This book was good.It wasn't great but it wasnt poor either. It has serious potential but it's almost as though in the beginning y [...]

    3. it was an interesting story. isn't really my normal read. i normally never read a book with supernatural characters. the only reason i read this one was because i didn't actually know. i thought that he didn't actually die or something, not that he had life after dead. the story wasn't that good to be honest. Tessa felt like a loner to me. if she wasn't with jack she would go home and pace around her living room waiting for him, then decide to call her best friend Bridget. her conversations with [...]

    4. Be warned: may contain spoilers. This was a very sweet, but sad story. The relationship between Tessa and Jake is a cute young love that grows. However! I have no idea what happened. What was Jake?? Ghost, spirit, something else??What happened to him??What happened really happened to Tessa's father??And the whole story felt like it was missing important points, and information. And it felt incredibly rushed even though this was not a short story. Plus, left too many questions unanswered.Honestly, [...]

    5. 3.5 stars. I honestly had no clue this was a paranormal romance when I started reading it. The love story between these two was great the only thing missing was a real explanation of Jacks "life" the why and how he was able to do what he did. Especially how and why in regards to the ending. (Sorry for being cryptic, trying to not spoil anything)

    6. I wanted to give this 5 stars but I felt like it just lacked a bit. I wasn't aware it was a Paranormal story. I also really would have liked to have learned more about what Ghost Jack went through and how, why, huhDanny! If there is a book 2 with an explanation I will change my rating to 5 stars because I really did enjoy this story.cially how it started!

    7. I do not like paranormal books. The book review was a 'romance'. The story is about Tessa and a love interest who was/is a ghost. If this was a long story I would have stopped reading and pressed delete. So I finished the book - and has this story changed my view on paranormal stories - NO.

    8. 3.5 Stars. A better than average contemporary story full of emotional angst, heart wrenching drama and first sweet love.

    9. A uniquely different love story. At times I wasn't sure where the story was going but the romantic in me liked it.

    10. This novel was beyond fucked up. So much so, my brain hurts from reading it. While I like the concept and ideas behind the novel, it didn't turn out too well in novel form, for me.

    11. I read a review of this after I bought it. To say I was afraid I would read and hate it was an understatement, it ran long in parts. In the end, I was happy I read it.
