    1. In Faith, Hope & Love Rachel Carstairs takes Luke Summers to court for the custody of her cousin's orphaned son, Gordon Summers and Luke's nephew. She is a medical aide worker abroad and has a rushed trip back to California, traveling seventy-two hours to the point of exhaustion to make the hearing on time. She loses the court proceedings for Gordie. Luke finds her in a run-down hotel and she passes out and he takes her first to the emergency room and then back his ranch in Santa Ynez for he [...]

    2. Sweet and short While easy to read the romance seemed improbable. How did he fall in love so fast and wanted a life with someone who a couple of days ago was a complete stranger. This all took place a couple of days before Christmas and New Years

    3. FAITH HOPE AND LOVE starts out well. Rachel Carstairs, a relief worker, has traveled from her third-world post to California to fight for custody of her dead cousin's son. Her opponent, Luke Summers, is the child's paternal uncle. The initial court room scene has a lot of tension and sizzle as both Rachel and Luke size one another up. Neither is quite the monster that the other expected. Luke, being wealthy and settled, wins the case hands down. But his curiosity about Rachel and her motives lea [...]

    4. Rachel Carstairs has run away from life, straight from high school she joined the MRA a relief organisation where she's based in Bangladesh, most people sign on for one year Rachel's already done four and a half. She's only back in America due to her cousin Chris and her husband Robs death and the custody battle for Gordie their remaining child. Luke Summers is Robs brother and is fighting for custody of Gordie, he's rich and pictures Rachel as a gold digger, after all why else would she want cu [...]

    5. I loved the first book in Geeta Kakade's Homespun Romance Series, Faith, Hope and Love. Rachel needed so much but was too insecure to admit it. Luke was the perfect man to give her what she needed. I was rooting for them from the beginning. The supporting characters added a lot, loved Hannah and the other staff at the ranch. Baby Gordie was so cute, I could just picture his slobbering, sweet little face. Wonderful descriptive writing kept me reading page after page. I am off to get the second bo [...]

    6. This was an enjoyable story with realistic emotions. I liked the story development between Luke and Rachel. Luke is exactly what Rachel needs although she doesn't seem to realize it. It will take a leap of faith for her to accept what is in front of her. Very well written.

    7. This book had way too many jarring moments for me and the book felt more like YA than romance. And how a woman working in country as an aid worker could be so dumb was beyond me. It was clean. Very clean. And as emotional as a 13 year old girl.

    8. (Kindle Edition)Nice read. Rachel and Jake are likable characters. Reading Rachel's struggles with over coming her past is believable.Nice story will look for more work by this author

    9. Very sweet, clean romanceminded me of the old harlequins I love.Definitely read more of Geeta Kakde or Kingsley
