    1. 2.5 starsFor the most part these stories are juvenile and cliché. This is what I'm talking about when I say YA is giving me hives. This is a box set (free thank goodness) that contains novels that are all the beginning of a series. Essentially, the aim is to get you to buy the rest. Won't be happening here. Keep your vomit in my mouth worthy icky tales!

    2. I can't do this to myself. I read Ignite and it was a total cheesefest. It had every cliché you could think of and I really really hate a picture perfect princess MC who is so completely amazing and perfect. I cant even remember how old she was but, her behaviour was completely unrealistic and since when do parents let their kids come and go as they please. I'm sorry but if my kids think they are going to stay out all night and not let me know where they are, they wouldn't just be getting a tal [...]

    4. I like YA fantasy because it is mostly cleaner, but this genre is also prone to cliches a lot. So I could not even go through every book. Ignite was well written, but seemed to me a mix of every paranormal popular YA romance of the decade. Stake you was really good- scary, a good strong heroine and quite complicated romance story. Also shows how Twilight helps the baddies! Holly Hook's book was also well written, and the idea quite original, though her own specialization in writing stories that [...]

    5. So most of this is ya style. so most of this stories go like this-girl moves to new town-goes to new school where suddenly she finds friends-meets hot guy who is usually dark and depressed, usually with a stalker personality-discovers she has unusual powers this is a collection of all badly written stories that go on the same track again, and again and again for 8 times. The only decent one is Stake you, by Claire Farrel, which is the only one that goes a little bit away from that line.

    6. Darlings of Urban Fantasy is an anthology of multiple stories some I personally felt shouldn't have been marked as Youth since some of it had more adult mentality to it but hey what youth book isn't over sexualized these days? That being said several of the stories were great while others were lacking. Its a typical mix of stories written by different authors of different talent. I felt that its still worth the read.

    7. Lots of funThese books have:1. A couple of people who are opposites2. A conflict with problems involving . . .3. A solution to all the issues. Will they be together or will they be separate??Enjoy!!

    8. An great collection of UF/Paranormal authors. it's a great way to be introduced to writers I may have otherwise skipped over. Now I have an even longer list of authors and books to read. ;-)

    9. great combination of books to complete this collection. makes you look for the next in the series & other books by these creative authors.

    10. AMAZINGThis book is suspenseful and entertaining I was so sad when it ended. A must read for sure. You won't want to stop once you start

    11. loved this collection of novels. looking into the books that follow each story so i can find out how each series end!
