    1. I started reading this in 2004 and got 90% through and forgot to finish it. I finished it today Jan 2014 and it's amazing how spot on this author was now that we have a lot more historical perspective of facts and reality surrounding Bush and Clinton approach to Israel Palestine and Iraq. still worth reading today as the points he makes are just valid in 2014.
