    1. Its a really hood tip book to read if you have these problems like I do. I'm already using the list tip for my school work and it's been so much of stress relieve! Just if your reading this book and your from the USA just ignore the parts when their talking about British help companys because it was written in England but the fact are still all the same and the tips are really helpful!

    2. Good information. Extras are U.K. no U.S.Good information. Lots of helpful tips. This book is very helpful but the extra support the book is U.K. sources, so if you are U.S. the extras you will have to investigate on your own.
