    1. Great book, though I find Stronstad repetitive in his writing. I made the mistake of buying the Kindle version. This book has terrible Kindle formatting. The tables are unreadable. The hyperlinks to footnotes don't always work, and when they do, they don't return you to where you were. There is no Table of Contents linking. The publisher and its employees should hang their collective heads in shame for producing such a useless ebook. It is just wrong! Bad publisher! Bad!!
