    1. 4.5 stars, rounded up.Meet Ron, Alisha and Ben.(They don't really look like that. Identities have been changed to protect the parties!) :-)The three young friends all work here, at the local E-Mart.One day, Ron (not the sharpest one in the group) concocts a plan to kill their boss, Kurt. Somehow, he manages to get his girlfriend, Alisha, to go along with the plan. Ben, who seems relatively smart but is secretly in love with Alisha, agrees to meet them at Kurt's house. After all, he doesn't want [...]

    2. This is an amazing short read. James DeSantis does a fine job. When I first started reading, I thought, oh I know how this story is going to play out, but oh no!! The first twist was certainly a kicker, but the ending twist was even better. Very well done.If you have an hour, take the time to read this little gem, I think you will enjoy it.

    3. Killing your boss or an employee seems to be a popular topic in the media recently. Books, films and video games have all touched on the subject with differing quality. I mean, who doesn't have a bad day and think about offing their boss? Anyone? No? Could just be me. In James DeSantis's short story, he takes this concept and runs into bloody, horrific territory with it.Ben and Ron are best friends. Alisha is Ron's girlfriend. As a collective unit, they work at the local E-Mart and hate their bo [...]

    4. A quick but surprisingly good read. I'm not sure how believable it is that someone would just decide to kill their boss and the girlfriend and best friend go along with it but if you can't push the boundaries of reality and common sense in a book then when can you?It was well written with a few errors but nothing that detracted from the reading experience. It has its fair share of tension, suspense, blood, gore and moments where you wince in pain for the character and all told in a very successf [...]

    5. When Ron, a known troublemaker, sets out to kill his boss, he gets much more than he bargained for. Enlisting his best friend and girlfriend, the trio embarks on a scheme that could very well change their lives—or end them.Their boss wasn’t the typical pain in the ass they knew from work, he was far beyond their worst nightmare. I was so anxious while reading, I wanted to turn to the end to see how it turned out but instead, I remained patient and waited. I’m glad I did. The ending was ver [...]

    6. You start off thinking you know where this is going until suddenly you realize it went a whole different direction! Killing Your Boss is one of those stories that you can relate to until the Boss turns deadly. 3 young employees are fed up with the pompous man they work for. One of them suggests killing the boss to get back at him. The other two don't want to, but they decide to follow anyway and hope they can convince the ring leader to back down. The night doesn't go as planned and they all fin [...]

    7. surprisingly goodThis is the first kindle book in a while to keep my attention. I actually read the whole thing in one night. The end was a bit of a twist but not wholly unexpected.

    8. Gruesome, vicious, excellent! Fast paced viciously executed, 3 employees decide to go kill their boss, what happens you will have to read to find out. Twisted but worth reading
