    1. A raw and honest diary of the whole of James' time in rehab.I really liked the simple structure of this book: It has short, easy to read paragraphs which catch your interest immediately. Simply written, easy to read from the outset, obviously it builds up to more difficult circumstances. Here we have a very good, concise style, each point very valid, no filling it out.     2. I've read a few accounts of life in rehab, notably James Frey's A Million Little Pieces, but this is without doubt the most absorbing I've come across. For one thing, unlike Frey's book, it happens to be all true. For another, it is relentlessly honest and devoid of the self-referential 'poor me' syndrome that detracts from others of its ilk.
