    2. This was an enjoyable book that covers the history of the New York Yankees from the time they became the highlanders through the 2014 season. It was written towards young and/or new fans, and though the major items in team history are covered, older fans may not get much out of the book.The book starts back in the early 20th Century with Ban Johnson having set up the American League and trying to get a team in New York.     3. This book is a great read for any baseball fan of all ages. Marty Appel describes the story as if he was there. This is a must read!

    4. This may be the second time I've used my "sports" tag. Soa history of The New York Yankees. I will order it for my middle school ball fans, but please don't ask me to read another one.

    5. good book and is very fictional and cool realistic stuff that happened you should read it if you like baseball.
