    1. 4.5 StarsThe third book in the Black Addiction rocker series, a spinoff of the Power Station books, Stand features the last member of the band, bassist Max Reynolds and his long time love, Beth Hart. Beth has traded in her previous rocking life for a more mature one as an elementary school teacher, and that trade-in included Max.Till he shows up at her doorstep. Then it’s hard to put old feelings, old attractions, and all the old reasons for staying away behind. And who can blame her. Not too f [...]

    2. Stand is the story of Max, the bass player from Black Addiction, and Beth the on again off again girlfriend. Beth and Max have continued to find their way back to each other over the years. The last break up was made by Beth as Max was on the verge of making it big. Beth didn’t want to hold Max back by being weighed down with a girlfriend and she had dreams of her own. Beth is the girl Max has always regretted losing and he never really knew why she left. I really loved their relationship. Bet [...]

    3. Gephart is an author that you can always count on to create a story where you just root for the characters from the begining. Stand is no different, but it is proven bitter sweet as this is the last book within this world she has created. Gephart knows how to right a bloody good romance and makes both characters likeable and relatable (Well as relatable as can be in when a rock star is involved.) Check this out. 4. Prepare to enter the "Max vortex of awesome."I'm a big fan of both Power Station and Black Addiction series. I can't get enough of those sexy rockers and their sassy women. Each book draws me ever deeper into the close relationships between the band members, making me feel like part of the family. They always have each other's back, no matter what. "It's what family did, and we'd always been more than just a band."Max & Beth have been on again, off again, on again, off again for years. They [...]

    5. ARC provided generously by the author for an honest review.5 Fated StarsMax Reynolds is the lone single member of his band Black Addiction now. Angie has Jase, Rusty has Max's niece Alison, and Joey has Kenzie. His friends are either married with a children or committed and ready to marry. Now that Max is on his own, he's looking for a new place to live in the heart of Manhattan. With a little nudge and interference, Max ends up living in the same building as his on-again/off-again girl, Beth Ha [...]

    6. I thought Rusty was my favourite male in Black Addictionbut i think Max might have just blown him out of first place. This is Max and Beth's Story. Max has found stardom / rockdom with Black Addiction. Beth knew that she had to say goodbye to Max, she felt that she was holding him back. She now has a new life in Manhattan.Years lateranks to a meddling friendey meet up againd this is where Max becomes my number one Black Addiction member. His pursuit of Beth, who only wants to be friends subtle bu [...]

    7. I have enjoyed all of T Gephart's booksarting with the Lexie series and Power Station.but this one fell a bit flat for me.Perhaps because our MCs Beth and Max have been in an on again, off again swings and roundabouts relationship as recently as four years ago, but I didn't feel the second chance thrill. There is little made of the time apart so very limited angst around lost time or missed opportunity. And no jealousies or insecurities.ally? None? And even though Beth is a reluctant second chan [...]

    8. *An e-ARC was given by the author in exchange for an honest review*4.5 stars/5 starsMiss T. Gephart really knows how to make her readers have fun! Stand was an overall stimulating read, perfectly capturing fun, love, and the sexiness brought by loving a rockstar. An exhilarating mix of music, romance, and one-sided emotions. He had this uncanny ability to make you feel like you were the only woman in the room, like nothing else mattered, and even if I knew it was temporary, I loved it. Being sur [...]

    9. ♡♡Reviewed for CherryOBlossoms Promotions ♡ ♡ I gave this book 4.5 stars! I knew from the start of this series that I could wait for Max's story and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. With his down to earth attitude, good looks and Alpha male personnel, he has it all. From the start he shows what friendship is and what real love can be. By far this was the best book in the series. I'm calling dibs on him!Beth and Max have been friends, friends with benefits and had even a relationship [...]

    10. 4 "Anaconda" starsI love love love this book.Max is so cute I can't cope and Beth is amazing too!!Their relationship wasn't insta-love/lust and that's what I love the most about this book. It was like a "to be continued" kinda of relationship and it was glorious. Their "sexy times" got me all hot and bothered because their chemistry (in bed and outside of it) is seriously goals!I love the bit with Zack it was so funny and cute!! my only complain could be that I'd loved to read Megs and Max conve [...]

    11. This is a well-written and well-constructed contemporary rockstar romance. Though I wasn't too attached to any of the characters in particular, they were fully realized and existed in an interesting and thoroughly developed world. I recommend this to fans of rockstar novels. This review was originally posted on Books In Brogan

    12. I love rock star romances, but something about this one just didn't fully catch my fancy. And, shamefully, I think it's because everyone was just too nice and pleasant. There was none of that grit or grime or drama that I associate with this genre. And while I don't want cliche, overblown plot devices, I do want a little more conflict within the story.

    13. T Gephart has done a wonderful job with all of these characters from her books. This was the perfect ending to this series, and for Max, the final rock star to have his story told. Great read from a talented Aussie author.

    14. As shown on Books and Boys Book Blog.‘Stand’ is the third book in the ‘Black Addiction’ series by T. Gephart and it is just as good as the others. I can’t seem to see past these sexy rockers and the females they come across. This is yet another 5 star read for me as truly doesn’t disappoint.Book number three focuses the last member of the band that we have to read about (which makes me a little sad actually) and it is the tale of Max Reynolds, the bassist for the band. Max has come a [...]

    15. Happiness FoundMax and Beth had been in an on and off relationship for years until she ends it and leaves. Not by chance Max moves into a new upscale apartments and guess who his neighbor turns out to be. Beth tries to resist as she doesn't feel like the togetherness can happen due to his business but Max will prove her wrong and show her happily ever after!!

    16. There's something deeply satisfying for me about stand alone series, they always feel fresh and exciting and yet oddly familiar, being able to indulge in beloved characters while discovering new ones is like catching up with friends from University or old work colleagues, you spend long enough there to remember why you loved them and how much fun you used to have, and in the process get to meet partners and spouses, and hell sometimes even their children, you get a glimpse into the past and fore [...]

    17. 4.5 starsIn Stand, Max is the sole remaining bachelor out of the 3 Black Addiction men, but his world is about to be rocked by the one who got away.In their college days, Max and Beth were a constant. No matter how many times they got together and drifted apart, they somehow always found their way back to each other. Once Black Addiction was signed by Power Station, Beth knew that Max was on the brink of achieving his dream, but if they stayed together she was afraid neither one of them would tr [...]

    19. ** Review written by Gayle from Bloggers From Down Under **Omfg…T Gephart has done it again!Stand…What can I say other than this novel, the last in the Black Addiction series left me reeling….I wanted more….I loved it!In the last instalment of this amazing series we get to meet Max and Beth. They have been on again/off again for years. Their relationship status, well they kinda don’t have one. Every time they see each other, when Beth is home from college they always find their way bac [...]

    20. ARC received for an honest reviewThis is the final book in the Black Addiction series, and for this I am sadI have loved each and every story in this series to date, and it was the same with Stand.Max is the bass player for Black Addiction and has seen all his band mates succumb to love. There has only ever been one woman for him - Beth.Over the years, Beth has never really completely moved on from Max, so when their worlds collide again - they can't help but fall back into their old routines.I l [...]

    22. This is book 3 in the Black Addiction series and I have to rate this as awesome as the previous two! This the story of bassist Max Reynolds and his on and off again girlfriend Beth Hart. Beth is a school teacher and makes a break from Max in an attempt to avoid future heartbreak and holding him back from his dreams. She sneaks away, afraid that if she had to face him to say goodbye, she couldn't do it. Several years go by and their paths cross again when Max ends up renting a penthouse in the sa [...]

    23. I think Max may actually be my favourite out of all the Black Addiction boys. With the other members of the band all paired up, he decides now that Joey has moved out that this is the time to start a fresh, get his own place. Thinking back, there has only ever been one woman for him, Beth. Having found a new apartment in Manhattan with the help of a meddling friend, he is more than a little shocked to find out who one of his new neighbours is.Beth always new that Max would be successful. Having [...]

    24. GINA'S REVIEW5 STARSThe words!!! All the words!!! T. Gephart is an amazing storyteller and Stand was no different! Stand is the third book in the Black Addiction series and follows Max and Beth. This is sort of a second chance romance. Max and Beth were always friends but messed around from time to time. They were always drawn back to each other. Finally Beth decided it was time to move on and several years later and maybe some meddling from a friend they are brought back together. So many laugh [...]

    25. So I have been a vocal fan of T.Gephart since I discovered High Strung a while back (yes my Dan Evans addiction is still in full force.) And when the Power Station ended I jumped right onto the Black Addiction bandwagon. Rusty was first and I loved him, then came Joey (hehe I said cameJoey would appreciate that) and I LOVED him. And last but not least we have Max.Max is a great guy, sweet, protective and determinedl the good stuff. Beth is great too. She's completely independent, smart, and very [...]

    26. Stand is the final installment in the Black Addiction series. I was a little sad going into this one knowing that this was going to the end of this series. I can only hope that we will get a chance to see all of these characters again. As much as I loved the first two books, I loved this was just as much. There is just something about a second chance romance that gets me.Max is probably the most real character, he is who he is and he doesn’t try to hide behind an image. While he was definitely [...]

    27. Check out more of my reviews on my blog gemmareadstoomuchOk so Stand is book #3 in the Black Addiction series. I was gifted an ARC of the book to read for Gemma Reads Too Much.Good this book was so freaking… NICE. On some occasions that would be a massive compliment but today isn’t one of those times. This story was just so flaming nice that nothing really happened.I love rock star books I love the sex, drugs and rock and roll lifestyle. I love the bad boy stars who are unapologetically well [...]
