    1. Good if you're a little more abstractI thought this book had some helpful points. Definitely don't breeze through it, and give each thinking exercise its due time. Would recommend, as long as you can appreciate or at least keep an open mind while reading different styles of poetry, otherwise you may get bogged down with the words and style of writing rather than focusing on the message.
