    1. Thanks to Leah Ruth Hart for giving me this book to review. The Truth about Humans is a very enjoyable sci-fi romance, which was different than anything I have read before. It was well written and interesting characters, even if parts of it were unrealistic like the living arrangements and how fast the relationships developed. The only real problem I had with this book was that the first 10% was a bit info-dumping and the first third was a bit slow paced.Tezzix is very naïve having lived a shelt [...]

    2. This book captivated me from chapter one - I felt like I was part of the unfolding story. I had a really difficult time setting this book down. All those pesky things like meals, chores, work, and sleep (can't stay up all night like I could 20 and 30 years ago) - they all got in the way.I enjoy a wide range of fiction genres, and this story hit several of them.Set a generation or two in the future, Earth hosts in its atmosphere a floating island named Nirvana - courtesy of a dying world containi [...]

    3. This is not your usual fantasy/sci-fi story. Neither is it your usual romance story. That’s why I loved this book so much. It’s the perfect combination of all 3 genres, to create a beautifully written, highly descriptive and very entertaining story. From the start, I was amazed at how much detail about the environment and the characters were given. Being that the story takes place in the future and starts on a different planet, it was amazing how the author managed to transport me elsewhere, [...]

    4. ALSO TITLED The Truth About Humans. Fun book! Alien girl is raised to believed terrible, outlandish things about humans. Then she gets to meet a group of unrelated young humans living in a big house (totally reminds me of the 60's hippie scene) and learns the Truth About Humans. If you like aliens and young people, you will like this book.
