    1. Engrossing, sweet story. Not quite sure about the whole "husband returns dog as childhood self" thing, but eh. Books are about suspending disbelief. (Although some authors do it better than others.)Part of the Open Door Series - a program of original works by beloved authors, originally designed in Ireland to promote adult literacy.
