    1. This was the most challenging book in the Shifters series to write. Tanner and Ryland have gone through so many changes and difficulties they had to grow and take on huge responsibilities, while each fight the war in their own way. The enemy shows that they'll stop at nothing to end the rebellion, and anyone working against the Council is a potential target.ShiftersOrdinaries

    2. My favorite book of the series so far!I loved that we got to experience Tanner and Ryland's unique points of view in each of their situation's. I can understand that it was a tough book to write. It was emotional for me to read with everything that each character was experiencing! I feel like Ryland went through a lot with her situation, (I don't want to say too much and give anything away), but Tanner & Kai and the rest of the crew went through just as much as she did . If not more during h [...]

    3. Synopsis: At the end of Ordinaries, Tanner and Ryland end up separated in the final battle. For most of this book Tanner is leading the revolution against Gaia across several of the various Shifter colonies. Ryland spends much of the book as a prisoner and being mind-controlled by Atlas, who is a Shifter with the ability to alter people's memories. He's used that power to make Ryland think her friends and family are actually her enemies. Much of the book involves Tanner trying to help Ryland ove [...]

    4. Sometimes it was difficult to followFollowing this storyline was challenging because you weren't reading a straight forward story--it was being told by each of the characters. However, I was intrigued by the concept of ordinary children actually being from outer space with powers not unlike Superman! Can't wait to read the next book in this series.

    5. I just figured out during the second book that it's actually written by two different people. Well, they have both improved immeasurably since the first installment. I'm looking forward to the next in the series and not just for the story.

    6. I was fortunate enough to be gifted with a copy of Revolutionaries, the third book in Douglas Pershing's Shifter series and I have to say that I absolutely loved every moment of it!! While I so badly wanted to know what would happen next, part of me was dreading coming to the end a bit because I really love the characters and story so I didn't want to see my time with Tanner, Ryland, Devon, and the rest to end. So, I was incredibly happy when Douglas told me that this is not the last book (thoug [...]
