    1. I read this in one day straight, not sleeping, not eating, that is how fucking awesome this book was.God, how I loved snarky, scheming Blaise! (And all the other Slytherins for that matter.) But honestly, Blaise is hands down the most intriguing and fun (2ndary) character here.I'm usually not much of a fan of the whole 'resorting Harry to Slytherin' trope, but here it totally worked. No, more than that. It was perfect. All in all, a hilarious, fun, sometimes a bit angsty read that is by far (as f [...]

    2. I read this fic just before I got a account, so I reviewed this fic in the comment section. I'm going to quote the biggest part of my comment on the last chapter, because that was how I felt about it, after I read this 113k monster in a shocking 24 hours. I think the fact that I did that (she did that!!!), is a sign of how invested I was in this fic, haha. I'm actually kind of sad Harry's soulmark never appears. However, this was a good ending. Especially with Harry telling dream-Draco to live. [...]

    3. sort of 8th year DrarrySome intriguing elements here: 8th year here is more like 9th year, as they took until summer of the year after the final battle to finish repairs on the castle. So Harry's been working as an honorary Auror for the past year, and has a harder time returning to being a student. Especially when McGonagall announces during the welcoming feast that (view spoiler)[Harry will be joining Slytherin for the year. (hide spoiler)]Some Favorite Quotes:He wishes, just a tiny bit, that [...]

    4. An untypical soulmate story, and really, really slow burn. (They even didn't make to the final step!) (view spoiler)[It's an intriguing start that Harry didn't have a soulmark at all, while it turned out that he just simply wasn't hit by the spell Well, it's a bit of disappointment. (hide spoiler)] Still, the author did a great job at depicting how Harry got along with other Slytherins, and though it's unclear that when and why Draco fell in love for Harry (probably from the beginning?), it's cl [...]

    5. 3.5starsHarry doesn’t have time to feel pleased there’s no longer an elbow in his face, though, because Zabini – who seems to have more cheek than an Erumpent’s arse – leans back in his seat and spreads his legs, as if he’s settling in for the long haul.Well, Harry’s not putting up with that. He’s going to . . . He’s going to . . . cringe away from Blaise Zabini’s warm, muscled thigh, as if being Slytherin is contagious, and clonk his elbow against the window in the process, [...]

    6. Written on the Heart, by Who La HoopI enjoyed this one so much I hated getting up to do things or go to bed before finishing it. Harry and Draco felt very adult here (and made the other roomies still seem like kooky kids by comparison). An amazingly nuanced, passive-aggressive, haughty, bitchy Draco here. It's pure art.
