    1. This is an unusual story in that it's two love stories that weave in and out of each other, but I was captivated by both Catherine's romance with Wes and the heart-wrenching struggles Meredith goes through. Amanda Gale's writing was as descriptive and beautiful as always, and though this was emotionally hard to read at times, the ending was one of triumph--of love and hope found through pain.

    2. I love this book - stayed up most of the night reading it! Catherine in the Wind is the poignant story of a woman with Asperger’s Syndrome who finds the love of her life, but isn’t quite certain that she is the love of his. The very qualities that Catherine’s family finds frustrating and that Catherine believes caused her previous attempts at relationships to fail, seem to be the qualities that endear her to Wes. But after the first idyllic weeks of their romance settle into a more ordinar [...]

    3. I’ve been anticipating the release of a Meredith Series sequel for a while and I must say, Author Amanda Gale has outdone herself with Catherine and the Wind. It was wonderful to be reacquainted with beloved characters and follow along on Catherine’s emotional journey like I did with Meredith’s. What I really enjoyed was how Catherine and Meredith’s lives intertwined, Wes Bickhart the link connecting them.Catherine, like Meredith, is a rich and colorful character. She’s neurodiverse, o [...]

    4. Another beautiful book by Amanda Gale. I loved the way Catherine and Meredith's lives wove together as each story reached its own conclusion. I already wanted more of Meredith and Nick, but Catherine was a delight. I loved her way of seeing the world and her passion for her chocolate making and 1930s suits. I also really enjoyed seeing how Wes had grown since we first meet him in the Meredith series. The last section with Meredith struggling through writing the book about her dying father's life [...]
