    1. A rare five star review!My family is always pushing fantasy books on me. I've read half a Sanderson. A few chapters of Tolkien. About three sentences of Dune. Fantasy rarely had enough character depth to keep me hooked through charter about battles and dragons. But this book was remarkably different. The lead characters were complex and endearing.
