    3. This is a great book. The author has a interesting history leading up to her present diet. She really covers the nuts and bolts of detoxing and adds in many inexpensive ways to do that on a ongoing basis. The Dulse Tapenade recipe is the best.:o) The Fuss-free carrot cake is not.:o( For raw carrot cake refer to Penni Shelton's The Raw Food Cleanse.
