    6. When I'm in a reading slump I pull up one of my all time favorites like this one to read. This was my third re-read of this book. I love this author's delivery of the often staid story of the Norman invasion and the knight capturing the damsel's heart. I'm sure I'll read this one again in the future.

    7. half of the book tells about how the heroine recovers from the beatingt enough romance for my likingso, what happened to the person who beat her also not described.

    8. Another book i grabbed off my bookcase i was sure i hadn't read. It was pretty good & i'm glad i hadn't gotten rid of it yet :)
